They seem to be just as F'd as Citrix is. So much for the idea that Vista fixed Tibco and turned them into a great shop ready for sale. They are posting about layoffs and mo--ns running the show just like here. They're gonna fit in beautifully!

Tibco board here is dead. Not a single useful post lately.
Besides Citrix, I was previously employed by a company Vista eventually took over. I can tell you from experience the moment they took over the culture started to crumble. Most everyone I served with since then has left and word is everyone else is just treading water.
This is the Vista way
