There are definitely RSUs for a chosen few - I know of at least 2 people in my org that have been granted some, but 12 months only.
Did anyone get rsu’s granted?
RSUs will be converted to cash and vest at the same schedule.
PRSUs are coming for vp and above.
Grants are forthcoming and will be middle of April.
No RSUs this year. Makes sense…since the deal closes before you could be vested.
