Randy is will to fire everyone around him and not to accept that he has failed HyVee. Randy has hand picked store directors and most people at cooperate office. He blames them for not performing. Randy you hand picked all of these people. Maybe you don’t know how to hire well or maybe its the yes culture that you demand from your employees. Everyone is afraid to tell you if you have a sh-t idea. Keep wasting good money on bad idea until the company is bankrupt. Shareholders need to vote him out before he bankrupts this company and makes HyVee stock worthless.

HyVee won’t go public. I hear HyVee is looking to partner with another grocery stores chain so they can be Pam’s a national brand. Too bad Randy will partner with another grocery store chain in financial trouble. HyVee will be the next Kmart/ sears because of Randy.
They’ll go public before filing bankruptcy…all the “stockholders” will 10x their pockets. Then leave following hostile takeover.

He picked everyone on the board too. We need Mark Wahlberg to make a movie about riding off into the sunset and dedicate it to Randy. That's the only way he'll learn.
