I came here to learn new things but the reality is different. TD is not exactly the learning culture I thought it was. Perhaps the experiences of others are different and you are learning a lot more at your current job here?

The learning team is a joke but their management is an even bigger joke especially sales training. Customer Training team has nothing to offer and have been useless for years. Someone else mentioned udemy. That at least offers quality courses in some pretty cool subject areas that can help you to get skills for a better company!
What is there to learn at a dying fossilized company
I'm learning heaps. Free training courses, they pay for my Udemy access where I do a lot of courses on non Teradata related courses in my spare time. Learning here is a lot better than elsewhere
They RIFFED all the learning people over last three years. and outsourcing now. Only one left standing and holds all the cards.
