Its funny because if you stick around long enough and you were mediocre employee, you have a great chance of moving up to a job that you will be incompetent doing. So hang in there! Citrix is desperate but they are not doing anything to help make it better.

this is so true.... The talent has left the building and those that are still there with talent are looking to leave. The ones with no talent just yes people/number players are going to be left. Keep faking those numbers and kissing that ar-e in the end you'll be the last one in the sinking boat.
