It wasn't always like this but we're at the point where even people who just joined are looking for a way out. I'm not sure who's going to read this, but if you're considering joining Accenture you should do it only if you don't have any other options. This place will use you and abuse you and then get rid of you through cuts without a second thought. Consider yourselves warned.

This company will drop you in a heartbeat and don't care about employees only if it's in their interest.
Join them, get in on the corporate looting before they get caught.
