Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

People are leaving as fast as they're joining

Our new team member left after less than three months here. That's where we're at right now. People can't even last three months here. I admire him, to be honest. He got a job, he saw it wasn't anywhere close to what he was expecting, and he decided to leave. When I started, Citrix was a much better place to work, but for the new hires, the bad is all they know. I don't think anybody can blame them for not wanting to be part of it.

Can confirm. Had a team mate start at the beginning of the year and resigned in the last couple of weeks. Less than 3 months total. Imagine his world. He starts in the middle of massive layoffs then watches as C suite folks abandon ship and the rest of the cluster F that is Citrix.

If you get contacted by a recruiter and it's for job at Citrix.
There is only one advice.
"Run Forrest Run"

Legacy technology, marketed as new innovation and full of pocket filling bad management.

I don’t know why anyone would join Citrix with the state it is in. It’s not an innovative company. The amount of people leaving is crazy! I have seen a few people put on LinkedIn that they took a job at Citrix. I just want to write… Why? Bad idea.
