That’s not true it all, he’s been in the same division for a very very long time and just recently promoted and still over that division in his new role
Everyone knows that Bosnic is guilty and has been getting away with this type of behavior since day one. All they do every time someone speaks up is move him to another region.
Not a quick or easy fix. Emmanuel hired and influenced the promotion of politically savvy people who in some cases had no business being elevated to their roles. These folks are now on their best behavior, and some are even out there cheering on the changes to the company's approach to harassment, retaliation and our open door policy; all while being complicit in some of the same unethical behaviors themselves. Its going to take time for their colors to show again.
Question is; Are Brian Bosnic and Jeff Schmidt willing and able to make the changes necessary to make the culture at CVS live up to its purpose?
The male toxicity in this company runs deep regardless of who is the CEO.
What you have here is the classic "good 'ole boys club". And people like that just know how to take care of each other, and sweep things under the rug. The thing is that even though CVS did fire a few high ranking people, and appeared to "clean house", unless you eradicate a disease completely it'll eventually come back.
With the size and scope of the original issue, I for one was sure that there had to be more people involved, and more that at least knew about stuff but stayed silent. If you don't destroy the cancer it'll come back. Not right that some people involved are still employed at CVS.
*can band together
Name them and shame them. We should be outting these people. Serves no purpose to tell these story's and not name someone so we cannot all band together and watch out for them.
The article is gone. I wish I could of read it.
That is crazy. We have a DL with multiple ethics lines calls for age, race and gender discrimination. He as targeted managers over 40, white (specifically Italian), mostly male but some female for years. His similar ethnicity RD had squashed every HR call. We are talking about national and regional paragon award winners, top results driving store managers with years if experience and success. Once the store manager‘s fell into his alignment one by one they were taken out systematically and replaced with single non-white early to late 20s managers with no experience. I guess the thinking is they can work 70 hours a week and won’t fight back.
His process is to go into the stores and abuse the other members of management, belittling them in front of the store manager. Once he destroys the team he then focuses on pulling all control from the store managers hands And undermining their authority as a leader. Once he is done Crushing the engagement of the Store team results fall and the store manager gives up and winds up being demoted or terminated
It is a playbook he has repeated over and over again and continues to get away with. If anyone would just connect the dots to see who he is targeting is right in front of their face.
During the holidays he contacted my store operations manager to have her cover a shift In another store. She said she didn’t want to and he told her he would take that as her resignation. When she called advice and counsel to complain they told her that she was insubordinate and he could’ve fired her for refusing. Absolutely disgusting. That is the day I gave up on all hope for this company
The RD that this article is written about is a good friend of the DL I am referring to. A fellow pharmacist with absolute zero business sense, leadership or people skills.
By the way I don’t care if he reads this and figures out it’s me. Bring it on buddy. My lawyer is waiting for your next move
There are still DLs and RMs in this area that these executives protected still operating and "leading" people and its disgusting. If they were going to clear them out they should have done it to everyone. There's a DL out here who, when he was a manager got caught in the stockroom with his pharmacist while his wife was 3 months pregnant. Now he's running a district threatening people with carepass terminations. They should have got rid of the whole bunch, the cancer is still infecting most of the division out here. People still KNOW. I was the one that caught him when I was his assistant. No one cared when I put the information out there. Is it any wonder why this company is bound to fail.
