They just announced a 2% salary increase in Germany. Yoohoo!
What is not known in Gaermany is that there is an ALL employee salary increase of 10-15-20% in all the Spanish locations.

What did you expect from a company that has built its business on cheap labour in Asia. The same business model is being applied to high skilled jobs.
