I've been working 60-hour weeks for months now with no end in sight. They'd be doing me a favor if they laid me off. Sadly for me, attrition is so bad that I don't think layoffs are a realistic option at this point. I'd leave but finding a new job in my small PA town is not that easy. I just don't know how much longer I can last at this tempo.
