Our truck drivers are making more than every person at store level and probably most DLs. This part of the reason we are failing our teams so miserably.

CVS does not pay truck drivers. We contract the driving company who pays the drivers.
without a truck driver...there's no store. They probably work harder and deal with more aggravation. Ever try backing up an 18 wheeler on a city street.

I’m a store manager I make 105,000 those truck drivers make more I’m applying tomorrow rather drive a truck than run this store if there going to pay me 100+ grand 👍

Check your DCs not all are subcontracted genius.
Whatever they make good luck too them they don’t work for cvs so how is what they make have anything to do with your pay ??
