Are they worth for their titles, looks stupid to me.
I know some medicre people from Juniper and Citrix joined there.

Yeah, one of them puts on a false bravado show. All you can do is roll your eyes when you read a nugget of wisdom from one of their emails or whenever they speak on mandatory fun zoom calls.

The leadership team is constructed of individuals who have failed at other companies for one reason or another and followed each other throughout their career never really having to interview for the role they are applying for. If your biggest accomplishment has been attempting to turn a profit for the last 10 years, what do you think the next 10 years will look like..I'll tell you..its going to be how we have kept ourselves break even. If the company isnt sold off by then or demand doesnt decrease, I beleive steady profits will take place in their 3rd decade.
Nutanix is not the place it used to be anymore. All the great left a while ago. This is now in sustenance mode until it goes kaboom - look at NetApp and Dell and HPE. They once had good talent. Nutanix is a gold mine that is all mined now.
