I'm so tired of TD's toxic culture, of being overworked because I work in an under-resourced team, and having to deal with constant changes in strategy and priorities. Weak leadership has all but destroyed the company and is forcing us to deal with the consequences of their bad decisions daily. I'm done. I'll be leaving the first chance I get.
