I was happy with my job here until about half a year ago when I started getting more and more work.
At this point my workload has become unmanageable. What is even more frustrating is the boss pretending that this huge amount of work is nothing just to make me feel bad. Is this happening to anyone else?

Yes, same here. The whole I was a claims rep before rhetoric from my manager is annoying.
I am in inbound sales, and I am not experiencing this.
I mean, we get high call volume lately and picking up into our busy season.. but I just think of that gainshare at the end of the year and it makes it that much more worth it to me.
