With the global situation as it is, we're safe and we will be safe for a while. Attrition is a different story. Losing people and not being able to replace them is our biggest problem right now. That's putting too much work on too few people, prompting even more employees to walk away. Rinse and repeat.

They took out entire departments and replaced them with contractors where I was before a location transfer.
