I can't take it anymore. I desperately need a job but I also can’t allow my health to suffer this much.
Since I don’t have much choice, I’m considering applying for another retail company. Perhaps it's a little better elsewhere in retail, but perhaps it would be best to leave retail entirely?
Lowes just fu----g sucks!!! Period!
Some of my Lowe’s friends have left for bank teller jobs; same pay, better hours, better behaved customers. Others have gone to work with the school district as aides or custodians. Again the pay is comparable but you do need to get a TB test, physical, and clearances on your dime before you can start.
Don't push yourself hard, slow down and do what is expected of you, no more no less. Take your 15 minute breaks and lunch. Go home, rinse and repeat.
Retail sucks especially Lowes
Stop feeding the Marvin Beast. Starve him and his power trip cubicle clowns OUT. When you run around all day like a chicken you are just feeding the Beast. Watch your ASMs, your SM. See how they roll? They don't give a hoot bc you are making it happen. Stop making it happen. Either quit or stay and chillax like mgmt. Why ki-l yourself for this chicken feed pay? YOU COME FIRST..NOT LOWES.
Retail is the same everywhere. You're smart to find a new career and leave retail entirely.
