Pandemic, inflation, conflict in Europe. All of these things reflect terribly on Fossil and I don’t expect anything good to happen. After the quarterly results, everything will be clearer so I can’t wait for them to be published. Are there any predictions?

I honestly hope it changes for all our sakes. However, my prediction is Fossil will say 'we're doing great!' Even though they might not be. Theyll continue promoting the wrong people (looking at you creative department), and those that are left in the trenches will continue to have to do these people's jobs on top of their own until they become too disgruntled and quit or get laid off. Basically more of the same. It's Fossil, why change?

Moral is at an all time low in all departments. Just when I think it can't possibly get any worse, fossil proves me wrong. Hang in there and do what the the rest of of us are doing and plan your escape.
