The oil price has risen but the atmosphere at BH is no better than before. That is my opinion. I expected everything to significantly improve as the price went up.

Atmosphere should improve as soon as compensation is made with Rubles......everyone will be enjoying the wealth effect
Baker doesn’t know sh-t about improvement, they care more about their 6s and the way the shop looks, versus taking care of their most knowledgeable. They reward the lazy before those that come to work, give their full potential and deal with management’s bu-----t. Pi-s poor leadership.

Lol they don't anymore. Because so much of upper management is former GE. Most of Baker is floated now by Digital Solutions, and primarily Bently Nevada.. And I can tell you on that end of things, it's a sinking ship because pay is not keeping up with the market. They're so short staffed in manufacturing that they're pulling engineers from their offices to work the floor.
Monday will be fun after bonuses pay out :)
