Given the whole situation, that people are leaving, that most new hires are leaving very fast, that people aren't really interested in working here unless they have no other choice, I expected Macy's to start paying more. What is Macy's waiting for in order to do that? The business strategy is terribly bad.

We can't even keep Store Managers in our CA district. The DVP is so focused on always being the in first place at everything that he won't approve raises or salary adjustments and always pays the least possible to his people.
