Just wondering if Macys will still be giving out the quarterly incentive to all clocking associates if a store makes their numbers? Even though they are giving out huge bonuses to top selling performers?

PTG bonus is still happening every quarter, this quarter is for the months of Feb, Mar, and Apr. That's the good news, the bad news is that the store scorecard it is based on is now rated on something called CBSA sales which means that stores share sales performance. In our store, we are up to plan but the two other stores in our CBSA (shared sales area) are down, so our store is not going to make PTG bonus this quarter. Seems like the company came up with a way to ensure that not too many stores and their people can make bonus anymore.
So the path to growth is still happening?
Unfortunately, we don’t get that in our store cuz it’s union store 😫
