It is funny to see Sumit and Sanjay and their cronies promoting themselves as champions of diversity, equal pay etc. Talk is cheap. It is self promotional. They do not respect women or pay equality. Quite the opposite. They promoted unfair practices, favoring friends, cronies and family. Just ask anyone who knows them from sandisk.

Bueller: while I certainly agree that the Diversity Inclusion and Equity play is just a smokescreen, lets not pretend that anything has changed except for the identity of the group being rewarded. Instead of being FOSA or FOMD, it is FOSM. Just saying.
Hmm, That's Strange. I wonder why David Zinsner and Scot DeBoer have had a total compensation package averaging 2 Million less than Manish and Sumit every year for the last 3 Years. I wonder what's different there? Anybody have any ideas? Anybody? Bueller?
