Might as well just say CVS can't keep up with other retailers pay...because CVS is too top heavy to pay the people who work directly with your customers a competitive wage ot give them enough hours to properly do their jobs.

I also so a sign at McDonald's paying 15-25 an hour. The CEO of CVS best figure out a plan, cause I'm agoing to flip burgers for more money.

I gave one of my $14 employees a great reference letter and he's making $18.75 now. When I asked him how he's liking it he said he's "doing the same things he did at cvs but in their grocery department and not running a register at the same time." We both laughed because that is real. I'm happy for him.
