Yes, this particular comment is not directly related to Disney lay-offs. Yet, it is a remnant of impact of Disney's 32,000+lay-offs of 2020 and the positive as well as negative impact of the woke work climate that has resulted in less than a "magical" experience (for many).

I have been multiple times to all four parks at WDW and the experience is awful, closely comparing to Six Flags in Tampa. The vast majority of the cast members and managers do not have the "magic." In fact, they are usually seen bunched up with each other talking, and not paying any attention to guests. Also, many of the cast members look dirty, like they haven't had a bath or groomed for days.
