I can only speak about Frontier in CT. But there seems to be 3 classes of outside techs...1) those who can. 2) those who can't 3) those who won't. Just wondering if this is company wide? And who is blame??? Union or Management??

They're the same person, those who can, can't, will give a lame excuse, if he/she can't come up with a lame excuse, won't. Lame union hack, lame union hack that becomes mgmt

With this employee mentality and the unions you wonder why this company is such a dumpster fire.
All I needed from someone was to plug in a cable or test a cable pair.
I worked for GTE Verizon and Frontier. 99 % of the workers are lazy. That means you. Everyone complains dont like the work schedule wants vacation when they want and ready to reroute an order or trouble ticket with no hesitation. I did my best and would be ridiculed for doing my best. Get to work u lazy b-m!
You're spot on, and it's companywide. I think it's a combination of old school union mentality and management that just lets it happen. Poor training for anyone hired in the last 5 years or so doesn't help either.
