Thanks Don Robertson for implementing your multi year people vision at Northwestern Mutual. Oh, I just heard it was to make people stay and attract new people not run your HP playbook of mass departures. But Don you brought in all your HP co-workers to NM what did you think would happen.
Like others have said the pace of departures is really high. Then go to jobs.northwesternmutual.com and you will find 500 public openings, not including a few hundred in the talent acquisition pipeline. This company only has right around 7000 employees.
Nm can't hire fast enough to keep pace with growth. Add those leaving to the mix. Real pain on teams trying to deliver and control alt delete left.
