Would have been nice to get LTIP. Most lowers grade employees are not valued and are not given LTIP. Seeing how much the stock has gone up thats a lot of $ that could have gone to the employees. But hey it's ok going to another company that values me.

Just learn to speak with a British accent & you’ll do fine
Lol @ Lhka. People wanted what? 1 month extra dad leave over 2 months pay of LTIP?! Said no one ever. We know nobody voted for an additional 4 weeks pay over 8 weeks LTIP pay. I’ll call your bluff on that one all day any day. This EITHER/OR survey garbage to force you to abandon a component of your total comp rewards that were clearly in your offer letter is downright embarrassing for a company that wants to be known as “the premier independent e&p” at $110 oil.
Well most of the lower grades wanted more maternity leave or paternity leave over LTIP in the compensation survey which is part of the reason it got taken away. It was mainly the 12 and 13 who were upset about not having it.
Just the tip!
I see what you did there. You’re a clever mo-o. LTIP all around.
If I worked for you, would I be an almost famous a$$ho-e just like you. There.
“there sacrifices” ? Sufficient evidence for your sub-14 grade. If you worked for me, I’d knock you down one grade for poor grammar, or is it pour? Mo--n
Dang, that LTIP would of been a nice added bonus for all us common folks. But I’m happy for all those grade 14 and above for all there sacrifices. 🤮
Wow. A lot of complainers. They gave you free popcorn on Thursdays! What more can you ask for?
Sad to see folks going through this. CC wasn’t perfect but he had the house in order. Since LT and his cronies came along it’s been a free fall. For the young in career, in any role, I would encourage taking the initiative to move to another company. It’s your market right now. Lots of folks hiring for 100% WFH. And you can get paid what you’re worth and tell the management to kiss your a$$ and be able to work hard and take care of yourselves and your families
Lee might give one of you a ride in an older Lamborghinis on his way to the dealership to have it crushed and recycled.
Wouldn't that be better than money?
Guys, last time oil prices were this high the stock was in the $65+ range. Since then we split the company and got new leadership. Tells you all you need to know how the company is valued now
Legitimately the only people benefiting from high oil prices at MRO are Lee and the gang. They tout raising the dividend (and hence giving themselves raises) and also see the upside of the stock. Meanwhile the average employee is stuck with a below-inflation raise, a below-industry-average STI target and more workload to magically produce more oil without spending another dime. But I sure am glad we don’t get to WFH more so I can keep buying $4 gas to smile and wave
