With the new name Why doesn't the company make some drastic changes, I think you need to reorganize, get rid of some of the old Bally people,
Merge product management and project management together, is project management does absolutely nothing and it's not even real project management. The VP of some of these departments have been there way too long and are ineffective.

My issue is project management is a joke. It is not really PM work. It is admin, and the salaries wasted is a shame
