Band 6 making a lateral move. Will this come with a raise and should I try to negotiate for more?

Get every cent you can, you’re going to earn it!
Depends on a lot of factors. Intra-band movement in and of itself doesn't guarantee a pay bump.
I'll be honest, you're band 7 and asking here for input? You are exactly why many people leave this place. Get out of the way and open the job for someone who has a clue on what they are worth.
If you ask for more money, be ready to show why you deserve more money. I recently did this and had to show why I should receive more.
If you are not approaching the top of your salary Band it should still give you a little pay bump for your new responsibilities.
