John sent out email saying everyone needs to go back in April with no restrictions at all but also leaving it is up to managers to get the staff back into the buildings. Well, nobody wants to go back to a building John so deal with it. People have shown over the past two years they can work from home and do a great job. you and upper management have said this over and over again so why upset the employees that want to stay home. Some employees have already started to put in their two weeks notices because upper management is not listening to their employees even though upper management has always said they would with open door family environment.

Questions:
- Who is John, and what group is this for?
- There may be a lot of jobs, but there are also a lot of applicants for those jobs. Where are people going that’s it is so easy for them to find something? I have been trying, but have not been successful.
The way I read it, managers have the choice to decide if their team will remain remote, work in the office, or something in between.
You do not have to go in, all of the new hires are located in other states.
I can’t believe people still choose this when they’re remote possibilities all over LinkedIn.
Intrado will not get better.
