Better late than never, but this should have happened a long time ago, before so many talented people were hounded out of IT.

MR, stay SAFe and don’t let the “Victim Mentality” hit you on the way out.
was she terminated with an agreed exit?
idk what this means.
"I could forgive it if IT was now a shining example of greatness"
Funny.. We do not even eat our own dog food. Citrix customers would be shocked to learn that internally we don't use our own products and that the "executive demo" b.s. installation is only for that area and is not what is deployed on the corporate network.
It pains me to think about the combined years of of experience, and genuinely good employees and personalities, and dedicated citrites which left because of her. I could forgive it if IT was now a shining example of greatness, but its not, its a shadow of its former self and has gone backwards in many respects. When she started it was clear from her employment history she wouln't be around for the long term, its just kind of amazing how much of a bad impact she has had. Sure, she'll spin it in a positive way, and over time it will all be forgotten by most, but not by those in IT.
She was horrible! God help her next victim.
I only saw the results... What specific decisions were made that led to this sh!t show? Genuinely curious.
I don't care what snyone says, she caused way more problems than she fixed.
MR?
Head of IT finally left for a "new opportunity". They all seem to follow the same playbook anyway. Take over as much as possible, layoff/reduce staff, and outsource to incompetent and useless contractors. It's never been great but this is by far the worst.
what?
