If you have a company in California, please have 'management' undergo a full psychiatric work up. Only brain damaged people would work or set up a business in that place.

Worked for the corporation for a few years. Super bleepin corporate, endless training for things that aren't my department. Form for this, form for that. More processes, documents, meetings. It's the sicko US empire. This company will give you everything you need except for money. Capitalists and their emptiness

The bloat that they need to get rid off is middle management.... grade 30 - 32. What a waste!!!

Anytime a company hires a consultant to evaluate one’s company, expect cuts everywhere! These CONsultants are mostly looking for bloat or what they consider unnecessary employees or finding ways to cut costs by limiting the required staff but increasing their work load because some metric tells them you should be able to complete said units or complete job functions in said time.

They are not there to make things better for the average employee.

doesn't matter how great our "scores" and "grades" are ...if you are hurting their profits, then you're gone. Most teammates had their head in the sand. and enjoyed being willfully ignorant.

Very vague question. It’s a huge company with a lot of departments. In general, sure… layoff occur all the time throughout. In my department, DM, no. No layoffs right now.

Since it seems that we're now on a monthly-layoffs schedule.
