I love when the tables turn. My location went from having a store manager whose favorite line was "if you’re not happy here, you should just leave" to tiptoeing around us and begging us not to leave because he's got nobody to replace us. I won't lie, it feels really, really good to see that as----e squirm like this.

Everyone might be making more than $15 an hour now…. But working fewer hours!!
Macy’s still won’t fill positions at $15 an hour. Target, Walmart, Nordstrom, Starbucks, Sheets, Speedway and even McDonald’s are paying $17 to $25 an hour. Macy’s as usual is chasing the train.
Once they start paying $15 an hour, he will go back to you can leave 🤣
