It may sound strange that productivity is not important to this company. However, when I take into consideration how they treat employees, that they do not care about their happiness at all, then the only thing I can conclude is that they do not care much about productivity either. Those who want to get the best out of their employees, I guess they don't treat them this way, do they?

Has anybody witnessed any good ideas from senior leadership? They all have grandiose titles and are VP's of something...but so many things completely flop. GSuite, TM, HCL, the technology center...all lousy decisions and expensive.
All we get is corporate double talk and watch them pat each other on the back for mindless projects in meetings.
Is the board as brainless as these leaders?

It will take a very long time to fix what was broken
They are just recently realizing the mistake they made. Of course they won't ADMIT it, they'll just blame the ones who stayed and were put in an impossible situation. God Bless and Good Luck.
