The only thing that surprises me is that there aren't even more complaints from customers, given the lack of people. Probably customers understand what this is about and already know that we are doing double workloads here. However, there are still more complaints than ever. In your store too?

Unless you work in a job that has a survey where they use the results against you, you probably don't realize the impact. Or you're just an awful person.
I work somewhere where you're supposed to achieve 97% every month or get in trouble. A good part of the survey has nothing to do with things that happen at our place of business.
I know to give the highest rating on all parts of a survey if I take it but others either don't know or a despicable.
Most of the complaints are for things we can't control....lack of stock, empty looking store, coupons don't work on Last Act, etc. So our score is determined by people not understanding how their rating hurts the store and not the company.
