It’s hard to work and in general everything is very hard when you don’t trust the manager. I'm thinking of leaving because of that. My manager doesn't walk his talk at all. I absolutely don't trust him. In addition to making empty promises several times, he doesn’t appear to know what he is doing.

Zero trust..especially with the Cisco Clown Circus
WD has so many reporting levels that managers often are as clueless as the workers themselves about what is going on :)
Plus in WD the managers keep a lot of info for themselves to stay relevant.
Well look if they aren't from Cisco they're going to be replaced without delay
