It makes it another waste of my time having to read another email and go to a new place to find no real help. NOBODY has time for a 3-hour virtual event to sit and listen to some canned/scripted BS from HR, SM, and his ELT. You are all so fake. We have WORK to do and since you laid off most of our colleagues over the years we are all doing about 3 jobs each so we have a lot of work to do. I don't want to hear the executive leadership team share their perspective on transformation and Teradata’s continued success. PLEASE spare me. I want to know how you are going to attract and retain top talent since every group is decimated and people are running out the doors. I want to know why you won't stop doing business in Russia. I want to know why inflation in US and EMEA is at an all-time high and merit increases are a joke and TM should not be in her job she has no idea how to do her job. I want to know why the ELT is taking an expensive vacation together to another country to do some trust falls and s*%t while nobody else in the company can travel and we are all working 16 hour days. Address that KCC and SM or STFU.

The corpse who did my exit interview, if you want to call it that, was completely unable to communicate nor interested in feedback. It’s clear the People Org is not staffed or run by people but rather a literal corpse in the shape of a humanoid.
