I saw a few weeks ago someone else boast about their last day, I was jealous. I am posting about my own last day today. I absolutely hate, despise, loathe, and utterly disgusted by Baker Hughes and it’s leadership. Good bye, good riddance, and fu-k you all (not you guys, just the leadership).

Soon joining you too! So happy! Finally done with this horrible company. The leaders don’t need more expensive leadership / people skill courses. It won’t work on them, they just need to go. Sorry for all you who are staying:(

The question is, why would anyone want to stay on after whats happened. If true then clearly management have no hope in the plant, which is why it was chosen to wind down in the first place. My advice is keep looking elsewhere. BoD is game over.

If there was leadership within, there would be more respect in and for the company, but we know BH will continue more for the wealth than to take care of the "essential employees" we are ... I mean, were*
