All I get is a paywall.
That's the purpose of most links on this site, I think.
It reads well, including the spot on comments re: the wasted time and money on Wrike and the lack of a real strategy to deal with the demise of Workspace. The strategic mishap was (1) DH not knowing how to run an ELT, being soft on people, and (2) lack of a real, market facing plan that would win, not jokes of plans that only preserved their jobs. No company milks the product they invented 30 years ago for this long, and the second tech (Netscaler) they acquired 15 years ago and remains successful. It takes leaders who read the landscape, really hear what their customers are telling them and take bold action to constantly evolve.
Such a shame for a company that had an overall strong culture.
