I'm among those who left in the last six months - and I know there's a lot of us. I landed in a much better situation. I get more money, better benefits, and from what I can see so far a better career path. I am also working with people who don't actively hate their jobs and that makes for a much more pleasant work environment. Leaving was the best decision I ever made.
