The $75k to $125k is like the bonus check for these grade 14 and above. Then add ltip on top of that. Almost sickening that most of there bonus checks are more than what most of us make in a year.
why would anyone miss $30-$50K worth of LTI issued over the last 2 years. It’s not like our share price has doubled or tripled over that time period. seems like $75-125K vesting over a 3 year period would go unnoticed in a grade 10 bank account

If new bonus is same amount as old bonus + LTIP, and you didn’t get LTIP this year or last year, then new bonus is aight
