Now that the Board of Directors meeting has concluded has anyone heard what the AIP percentage will be?

You would get 100% of your bonus (80% * 125%)

Typo, meant to say:

Well, can't say TDC doesn't "shoot" themselves in the foot when given the opportunity.

Let's say they are allocating 125%, but your mgr gives you 80%. Does the remainder gets returned or does someone else gets it? If the remainder gets returned, I don't see why a mgr would give someone less especially when it's a hot market. Well, can't say TDC doesn't should themselves in the foot when given the opportunity.

It looks like published results are good, so fingers crossed for a decent bonus.

Well, it’s a bit more subjective than that in reality.

Whatever the number, it comes down to what your manager deigns to allocate to you as a percentage.

If your manager decides you don’t get the full allocation there’s not much you can do about it, which is why it can be fairly contentious at times.

Not much different to the annual salary review process and allocation of RSUs to those extra special people that get them.

None of which is particularly transparent, productive or motivating for most.

But hey - if you don’t like it, you can always leave, right ?

Right.

We will know on monday or to be more correct wednesday.

Monday we will be able to look at the result and make an educated guess.

It depends on our ARR, and 2 more financial metrics.
