I think the glassdoor ratings mean a lot! Ever wondered why the UP is having a difficult time filling positions? Why don't they publish the results of the employee engagement surveys, that they make everyone do? Let's see those results unredacted. I find it strange that the articles that the UP puts out there is oddly self serving all the time. Why did they stop publishing the StraightUP articles? Those articles said nothing except to give everyone a way of slamming the UP publicly. Again why did they stop? Anyone on here can believe what they want, and has the right to say what they want. That article was nothing more than a failed attempt of distraction. It's only a matter of time now before the truth of how this company really is comes out. There's a lot of questions being asked at some of the highest levels in the financial world. Check it out and see for yourselves.

Apparently that survey wasn’t based off of Glassdoor reviews.

Glassdoor ratings don’t mean anything! The only thing that matters to Forbes, Wall Street, investors, and industry analysts is the financial health and profits of a company.

OK did anyone bother to see what rank they came in at? Go to fortune magazine and check it out. It's just another BS propaganda article.

They did not ask the average employee group, just executives and upper management directors. Wish they would have asked TE&Y crews or Signal dept.

Ha! Apparently you can be the worst company in the US to work for and one of the most admired companies in the world at the same time!
