Even if it was the only option that existed, I would have to think really hard whether to stay here. While I was FT, I was already thinking about leaving, and now that they have changed me to PT, I am definitely leaving.
The funniest thing is that they expect almost the same engagement from me, now that hours have now been cut, as when I was FT. I just wonder how many people will leave just because they drastically cut their hours?

I disagree with the comment Macys doesn’t give a sh-t about anyone, Macys cares about its shareholders and Board members. Employees not so much, as the crazy one Maxine Waters says “stay woke”
YUP your right. Macys doesn't give 2 Sh--s about anyone.
I walked out during inventory. Macy’s don’t deserve a two week notice.
Just go to lunch and never come back
