If the company really want to save money then look no further, get rid of those useless managers , employees doing Manager's duty's already!

I agree too many useless managers around doing nothing company doesn’t see that it’s a waste of payroll
Have the employees and managers pull together?? Please explain when that was done in the past, and how well it worked out.

The board went to PSR because that system is a slot machine that always wins. Just pull the arm, money comes out, the only problem with PSR is that you can't do it forever. After about two years, give or take, there just isn't much blood left.
Lots of useless employees period…I guess that’s what the board thinks too and why they went to PSR. The managers think the employees are useless, the employees think the managers are useless, and the execs and board think the lot is useless. Maybe instead of running down each other, the employees and managers should try pulling together. After all, the managers took a huge hit as well as union workers with the downsizing.
They did get rid of the managers before when first started the reorganization. Now, it seems like there more than there was before. I still don't know what half of them even do for their jobs.
Approve payroll and approve hours of service that's about it, us grunts do the rest.
Yeah, there really are a lot of useless managers around there. Could get rid of some of the pointless meetings as well.
