Keep feeding employees BS and treating them like Sheet ! Our time is coming!! Executive’s have know idea what goes on in the factory floor….clueless! We are getting very tired and frustrated. WE ARE SCHEDULE DRIVEN DAILY! In return you get many errors/pick ups ! More to come !

"Having a short-term perspective in aerospace has always proven to be fatal."

Yeah, told the current Boeing CEO exactly that at the time when I was an Executive and the long standing mandate was changed from "safe and quality products" to "fast and cheap products". I was told to consider retirement, which I did, and very happy I did so.

"Downfall" will be released on Netflix on Friday 18 February.

You might want to first chat with the people bailing out of Boeing before working there. Frankly, I would rather die out in the cold and rain before working at Boeing for any amount of money.

Company is offering big bump for external hires to join, much bigger than whatever the merit will be.

Why did everyone doubt me at their own peril in m last post?

You’re gonna feel pretty silly tomorrow when 5.4% is announced.

If there is one thing all Boeing employees know all too well
that is the art of lying. For Deceit, is part of our training
it starts at day 10 and goes on for three more days.
Then there’s the recurring training each year.
We are the best at lying, we get paid to lie, we are professional liars

Exactly why Boeing should have retained pensions...

Unlike most businesses, engineering knowledge and experience is absolutely required to successfully compete in the aerospace business. This knowledge and experience can only be acquired by people who have stayed in one aerospace company and one engineering discipline for a long time. But in recent decades Boeing treated their knowledgeable and experienced employees like disposable and low cost replaceable McDonald's employees.

So don't expect to see any improvement in Boeing engineering competence and performance. Expect to see Boeing to no longer be competitive in the aerospace business. They can now only buy other small aerospace businesses in a vain short-term attempt to appear relevant. Having a short-term perspective in aerospace has always proven to be fatal.

Airbus was wise in canceling all their Qatar orders. Dealing with them is always a negative experience...like getting a colonoscopy without lubrication or sedation. Enjoy the experience Boeing!

Sounds like the union is accepting blood money again. The union (and those who post here) are all high and mighty about how unethical Boeing is. Right up until Bonus time, then they just turn a blind eye.

As long as you can sleep at night.
