Allscripts is 60% over fair market value. Not looking good for those holding the stock. Might be a good time to diversify. Also, watch for layoffs.

When I worked with Allscripts the Rd division was run by folks with zero development backgrounds .burnt out support promoted into development with zero development experience. Training mangers promoted to Sr managers in support with zero experience in any level of support. Spouses were promoted up in Rd with zero experience in development. Family members were out in charge of Rd with zero development experience. Developers let go due to product failures ..let go , only to be hired back... Just a recipe for failure.
This has to be disappointing for Allscripts. Will it impact stock prices?

KLAS also announced the global software (non-US) winners. Some highlights:
