More layoffs for GR in 2022

GR is laying off more divisions that were part of Stearns Wholesale. Most of the Jumbo team was laid off on Tuesday 2/1/2022. Beware! They have a reputation for hiring up when volume is good but quick to lay-off when volume drops.

The 4 day week ended a month earlier than expected. Cannot figure out what Victor is thinking with getting rid of Wholesale. Then is only barely tiptoeing into non qm. Some strange things with him lately has many of scratchingour heads because 2 plus 2 is not adding up to 4.

Some departments have been furloughed to 4 day work weeks until May. It’s worrisome if business does not pick up, it’ll probably turn to a layoff.

Eliminated a whole department today, Feb 17th. The powers that be created a go to meeting, invited us to attend. Entire dept was on line and then management team (4) advised we were all terminated. Many more were laid off today as well.
