you hear between now and acquisition closing is worthless. ELT will try filling up the time with various talking distractions to pacify employees and make them content with ELT profiting hugely from this deal while employees are left with scraps, but don't bite. The only "strategy" is in the words of BC - "keep doing what you were doing". After closing new owners will put real strategy into work
