Hi! Has anyone here dealt with outplacement, Randstad Risesmart or LHH? Just have to choose between and wanted some feedback.
Also, if you have any insights, what are the key success factors about how to engage with them and get the most out of it? I understand I should go in with limited expectations, but still trying to figure out how best to go about it.
All you other alumni: do you have any other tips to be on top of the search process?

I found LHH very useful - both the general sessions, the connects made and the one to one support. Approach it with the right attitude - it is trying to keep all the people happy all the time, so everything won't suit you - and I'd say it's time well spent.
Where is this? In the US or the UK? Don't know about the states but Risesmart were everywhere in the UK last year. They must be investing here.
Shake all loose connections for any leads they may know about. It's a straight numbers game, nothing more, nothing else.
