Hi! Has anyone here dealt with outplacement, Randstad Risesmart or LHH? Just have to choose between and wanted some feedback.
Also, if you have any insights, what are the key success factors about how to engage with them and get the most out of it? I understand I should go in with limited expectations, but still trying to figure out how best to go about it.
