There won't be a one man crew. If it ever came to that there would be a strike and no judge would be able to say that wasn't a valid reason to strike and if he did he'd be overruled by a higher judge.
The FRA might propose a two person rule, but depending on who is in power in the White House and congress that can quickly change. Everyone should think long and hard about which politicians they support. Don’t listen to all the rhetoric and talking points, but really research their records and how they support workers and unions. The next elections will be very important.

You can expect the FRA to publish a proposed two-person crew regulation in the VERY near future. So that removes that chess piece from the bargaining table...
